Our summer season operates June through the end of October. For peak dates, we recommend booking in fall, winter, or early spring for the upcoming summer. That said, if you are travelling spontaneously through Revelstoke, we are always happy to check availability.
If you’re arriving for a multi-day program, plan to be at the Coast Hillcrest Hotel by 3:30 PM so you can join the evening social. If you arrive later, no problem, we’ll make sure dinner is waiting for you.
Absolutely. Many guests join this way. We’ll place you into an appropriate group, and friendships often form that last well beyond the trip.
Many guests arrive as a pre-formed group. If you’re travelling solo or as a couple, we place you with others of similar ability based on the information you provide during booking. We aim for compatible pacing, shared goals, and a positive group dynamic.
Yes. You’ll be grouped with hikers of similar ability, and objectives are shaped around the group’s energy, skill, and daylight hours. There is always room to move further, higher, or more technically, when conditions allow.
Yes, this is your vacation. If you are on a mountaineering program with specific objectives, we may recommend golfing in the afternoon so we can complete technical goals safely and efficiently.
Yes. We’ll review your equipment to ensure it meets safety standards and is appropriate for the terrain and conditions.
For backpacking and mountaineering programs, solid, supportive boots with full shanks and strong ankle support are required. Waterproof footwear is strongly recommended. Light hiking boots are not appropriate for multi-day or technical terrain.

Revelstoke sits along Highway 1. From Vancouver it’s approximately 6 hours drive. From Calgary it’s approximately 4.5 hours.

All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to participation.
Detailed equipment lists are provided for each activity to help you prepare confidently and comfortably.
In situations beyond our control (including wildfire-related closures), we will refund your payment or deposit minus banking fees, credit card fees, helicopter minimums, and committed guide wages.
Helicopter safety briefings are provided prior to every flight. Please review our helicopter safety guidelines in advance so you know what to expect.
